Custom Services
Please submit the order form for a quote on custom embroidery or screen printing services. If you don’t see what you are looking for on our form, please select “other” when necessary and describe your job in detail in the last form field. We will follow up through email to work out the details of your order.
Decide on the Design: Select your custom design for screen printing or embroidery. There is no minimum order for custom embroidery services and a minimum order of 12 for custom screen printing services per design. If you don’t have a design, custom design services are available.
Artwork Formatting: Screen printing and embroidery require artwork files to be in specific formats. This ensures the best outcome for your screen print or embroidery. If your artwork file is not in the correct format (SVG for screen printing and a digitized format for embroidery), a $30 formatting fee will be applied to your order. For returning customers, if you’re using the same design, this fee is waived. If you want a new design, another $30 formatting fee will apply.
Choosing Your Garment: We do not take already purchased garments, so you’ll need to let us know what type of garments you are looking for.
Request an Estimate: Once we have your design and garment choices, we will prepare an estimate. Please note that prices for custom screen printing vary. Estimates will be sent out within 2 business days.
Review and Approve Estimate: Carefully review the estimate we send you. Once you approve it, we’ll move on to the next step. Remember, all custom orders must get estimates first and there is no purchasing online until the estimate is finalized and approved.
Invoice and Down Payment: After you’ve approved the estimate, we will send out an invoice. A down payment is due upon receipt of this invoice.
Completion of Order: The remaining balance of your order is due once the order is finished. We will notify you when your order is expected to finish. Most of our orders have a turnaround time of 2 weeks.
